We will will not disclose purchasers information to third parties other than when order details are needed as part of order fulfilment i.e.Parcel Post.

Purchasing
Making a purchase could not be easier. Browse our products and add any items you wish to buy into your shopping basket. When you are ready and have made your selection, click on “checkout” and you will be asked for some details. These are needed for us to complete your order.
Payment
We accept Master Card, Visa, Switch, Eurocard and Delta.We also accept payment by cheque. If you intend to pay by cheque, go to our contact page, fill out the details required and type your order in the message box provided, including your name and address.We will raise an invoice which will be sent out to you.When your cheque is received here at Zambezi Rock, we will dispatch your order.All credit card payments will be accepted by Paypal. If you are purchasing from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We only charge you when your order is ready for despatch. A contract exists between us, only when we send you an invoice. In the event of a price change, we will contact you first , to be sure the price is acceptable. Zambezi Rock prices include VAT @ the standard rate of 15.00%. All remittances must be received and authorized prior to shipment of any items purchased.
Returns Policy
Should you return any item due to either being unhappy with your purchase or for any other reason, please return the goods to us unworn and in the original packaging, within 10 days of receipt, for an exchange or full refund. It is the customers responsibility to return any items to Zambezi Rock. If you require an item exchange you will not have to pay a second delivery charge. If the item is found to be faulty, or we have sent incorrect products, we will send you a credit and your return postage costs. Please note we will only refund first class postage and not special or recorded deliveries.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Refunds
Following receipt of your item, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange (excluding special offers) providing the item you are returning is in the original packaging, is unworn and unused, within 10 days of receipt.
Cooling Off
If you change your mind within 10 days (cooling off period) and no errors have made on our part, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of shipping-the goods to you. Zambezi Rock reserves the right to check all items returned to us as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we may re-charge you for the item plus the shipping and handling costs.
Shipping
Zambezi Rock will get your purchases to you quickly, efficiently and in good order. Where offered, shipping is free to all UK mainland addresses, when your order exceeds the amount specified in any particular offer. We reserve the right to amend or withdrawer this at any time without notice. Non “special” offer shipping costs are at prevailing rates as shown on the purchasing details on our website. Items ordered and held in stock by Zambezi Rock will normally be sent to customers within 7 working days of orders being placed. Any items classed as out of stock, will normally be sent within 21 days, unless otherwise specified. International orders are normally received within 30 days. We use parcel Force for the majority of our sendings, which in most cases arrive within two working days from date of despatch.
Back Orders.
Should your chosen item not be in stock when ordered, we will “back-order” the item for you. An option to cancel is available to you, if you do not wish to wait.
