Zambezi Rock will get your purchases to you quickly, efficiently and in good order.
Where offered, shipping is free to all UK mainland addresses, when your order exceeds the amount specified in any particular offer. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this at any time without notice.
Non “special” offer shipping costs are at prevailing rates as shown via the purchasing details on our website.
Items ordered and held in stock by Zambezi Rock will normally be sent to customers within 7 to 10 working days of your order being placed.
Any items classed as out of stock, will normally be sent within 21 days, unless otherwise specified. International orders are normally received, by you, within 30 days.
We use Parcel Force and/or Royal Mail for the majority of our sendings, which in most cases arrive within three working days from date of despatch.
